What type of photos work best?
For the best results, upload a clear, high-quality photo with good lighting. Your pet's face should be visible and not heavily blurred.
What portrait styles do you offer?
We currently offer:

How long does it take to receive my portrait?
Most portraits are delivered within 48–72 hours after your order is placed.
What will I receive?
You'll receive a high-resolution digital file delivered directly to your email address.
Will I receive a physical print?
No. Pawtify currently provides digital portraits only. No physical products will be shipped.
Can I include multiple pets in one portrait?
At this time, we only offer single-pet portraits.
What file format will I receive?
Your portrait will be delivered as a high-resolution digital image suitable for printing, framing, sharing on social media, or using as a keepsake.
Can I request revisions?
If there is an issue with your portrait, please contact us and we'll review your request.
What if I am not satisfied with my portrait?
