Orders

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address and suitable photo submissions.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we believe the submitted content violates these Terms.

Photo Submissions

By uploading photos to Pawtify, you confirm that:

• You own the photo or have permission to use it.
• The photo does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal rights.
• The photo does not contain unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content.

You retain ownership of your original photos.

Delivery

Pawtify aims to deliver completed portraits within 48–72 hours. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Completed portraits will be delivered electronically via email.

Digital Products

All products sold by Pawtify are digital products only. No physical products will be shipped unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, designs, and branding, is the property of Pawtify and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Customers may use purchased portraits for personal use.

Commercial use of purchased artwork is not permitted without prior written consent.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds may not be available once work has begun or the final artwork has been delivered.

Limitation of Liability

Pawtify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
