Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Pawtify.
Because our products are custom-made digital portraits created from customer-submitted photos, all sales are generally considered final. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Digital Product Policy
Pawtify provides custom digital pet portraits delivered electronically via email. No physical products are shipped.
Due to the personalized nature of our digital artwork, we do not accept returns once the final artwork has been delivered.
Refund Eligibility
We may offer a refund in the following situations:
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- We are unable to complete your order.
- You did not receive your completed portrait within the stated delivery timeframe and no reasonable resolution can be provided.
- A technical issue prevents delivery of your digital file.
Revisions
If there is an issue with your portrait, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your request and, where appropriate, make reasonable adjustments to improve the final artwork.
Minor variations in artistic style, colors, backgrounds, or interpretation are not considered defects and do not qualify for a refund.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing:
- Clear, high-quality photos
- Accurate email addresses
- Correct order information
Pawtify is not responsible for results affected by blurry, low-resolution, heavily filtered, or obstructed photos.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase if work on the portrait has not yet begun.
Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible.
